Wix Forms: Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing an issue with receiving notifications to your inbox:

No. Changing your Wix account email address does not update the recipient in your form automations. You need to edit each relevant automation and update the Recipients field with your new email address.

The new Wix Forms are integrated with spam filters. If you are receiving spam submissions, adjust your spam filter settings and select Advanced and reCAPTCHA.

By default, when someone submits a form, an email is automatically sent to the site owner notifying them about the submission. To receive a notification in your Wix Inbox, set up an automation trigger using Wix Automations. You can choose Show in Inbox as an action.

If your form works on desktop but not on mobile, check for overlapping elements that might affect mobile responsiveness. Use the mobile editor to adjust the layout and placement of your form. If the issue persists, test the form on different devices and browsers to identify if it is device-specific.
