The issues you are experiencing may be a local issue caused by your browser's cache or cookies. We recommend trying the following:
Step 1 | Try to open your blog page in an Incognito window
We recommend trying to open your blog page in an Incognito window. Select the browser you are using from the list below.
- Open Google Chrome.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard (Cmd + Shift + N on Mac).
- Open Firefox.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P on your keyboard (Cmd + Shift + P on Mac).
Note: Alternatively, can click the Menu icon
at the top right and select
New Private Window.
- Open Safari.
- Press Cmd + Shift + N on your keyboard.
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P on your keyboard.
Note: As well as the Editor and ADI Builder, Wix no longer supports live sites on IE11. We recommend using one of our supported browsers to view and edit your site.

Step 2 | Clear your cache
To clear your cache, follow the steps 1-3 and then select the relevant browser from the list below to view the remaining steps.
- Close all windows and tabs of your browser.
- Open a new tab on your browser and make sure Wix.com is not open on any tabs or windows.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (press Cmd + Shift + Delete using a Mac) then click below for browser-specific instructions.
Note: This keyboard shortcut is relevant for all supported browsers except Safari (see below).
- Click the drop-down next to Time range and select All time.
- Make sure the box is checked next to Cached images and files then click Clear data.
- Close and reopen Chrome.
- Click the drop-down next to Time range to clear: and select Everything.
- Make sure the box is checked next to Cache and click Clear now.
- Close and reopen Firefox.
- Press Cmd + , to open Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar (at the bottom of the window).
- Click Develop in Safari's menu bar and select Empty Caches.
5. Close and reopen Safari.
- Make sure the box is checked next to Cached data and files and click Clear.
- Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.
Note: Wix supports live sites on Microsoft Edge, however, we do not support the ADI builder on Microsoft Edge. Click

- Make sure the box next to Preserve Favorites website data is unchecked and the box next to Temporary Internet Files is checked.
- Click Delete.
- Close and reopen Internet Explorer 11.

Step 3 | Clear your cookies
Next, clear your cookies. This can be done every once in a while to help maintain optimum browser performance. Select the browser you are using from the list below.
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the Show More iconin the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Under Privacy, click Cookies and other site data.
- Type Wix in the Search field at the top right.
- Click Remove all shown.
- Click Done.
- Open Firefox.
- Click the Open Menu icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Options.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Under History, click Remove individual cookies.
- Type Wix in the Search field.
- Click Remove Selected.
- Click Close.
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Type Wix in the Search field.
- Click Remove All.
- Click Done.
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Del on your keyboard.
- Select the checkbox next to Cookies and saved website data.
- Click Clear.
Note: Wix supports live sites on Microsoft Edge, however, we do not support the ADI builder on Microsoft Edge. Click

- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click the Settings icon in the top right.
- Select Internet Options.
- In the General tab under Browsing History, select Settings.
- Click View Files.
- Type Wix in the Search Temporary Internet Files field.
- Click on a cookie then select all cookies using Ctrl + A.
- Press Delete on your keyboard.
