Wix Payments: Service Fees

A service fee is a fee charged for transactions processed through Wix Payments. Similar to any other payment provider, Wix Payments charges a fee for the processing of funds to and from your account. Additionally, fees may be levied for refunds and chargebacks.
Important:
From November 17, 2025 service fees for cross-border international payments in Wix Payments will apply.
The new fees for merchants will be as follows:
- United States: 1.5%
- EU countries: 1%
- United Kingdom: 1%
- Canada: 1%
- Switzerland: 1%
Cross-border fees are added in addition to the standard processing fee for a payment method.
Please note that no cross-border fees are applied to payments made from one EU country to another.

- Credit/Debit Card (excl. American Express): 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- Apple Pay (excl. American Express): 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- Google Pay (excl. American Express): 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- American Express Credit Card (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay): 3.7% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- PayPal: 3.49% of the transaction amount + 0.49 USD
- Pay Later: 4.99% of the transaction amount + 0.49 USD
- Venmo: 3.49% of the transaction amount + 0.49 USD
- Wix Payments Point of Sale (POS): 2.6% of the transaction amount + 0 USD
- Tap to Pay: 2.6%of the transaction amount + 0.20 USD
- Wix Payments Manual Card Entry: 3.5% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- American Express Manual Card Entry: 4.3% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- Tap to Pay on mobile: 2.6% of the transaction amount + 0.20 USD
- Afterpay: 6% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- Affirm: 6% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- Klarna: 6% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD
- Refunded payments fees: For refunded payments, standard Wix Payments processing fees apply. For example, if you issue a $100 refund to your customer, the original processing fee of $2.90 (2.9%) + $0.30 for that customer's purchase will not be paid back to your Wix Payments account. No additional refund fees will be charged
- Chargeback fees: If you receive a chargeback in your Wix Payments account, you may incur a chargeback fee. Exceptions may apply. Chargeback fees are as follows:
- Wix Payments (excl. PayPal): 15 USD
- PayPal with Wix Payments: 20 USD
EU Countries
- Credit/Debit Card (excl. American Express): 1.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- Apple Pay (excl. American Express): 1.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- Google Pay (excl. American Express): 1.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- American Express Credit Card (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay): 3.1% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- iDEAL: 2.5% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- Klarna:
- Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Netherlands: 2.99% of the transaction amount + 0.35 EUR
- Italy, Portugal, Spain: 4.99% of the transaction amount + 0.35 EUR
- Giropay: 2.5% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- Wix Payments Manual Card Entry: 2.3% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- American Express Manual Card Entry: 3.5% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR
- Refunded payments fees: For refunded payments, standard Wix Payments processing fees apply. For example, if you issue a €100 refund to your customer, the original processing fee of €1.90 (1.9%) + €0.30 for that customer's purchase will not be paid back to your Wix Payments account. No additional refund fees will be charged
- Chargeback fees: If you receive a chargeback in your Wix Payments account, you may incur a chargeback fee of 15.00 EUR. Exceptions may apply.
United Kingdom
- Credit/Debit Card (excl. American Express): 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP
- Apple Pay (excl. American Express): 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP
- Google Pay (excl. American Express): 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP
- American Express Credit Card (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay): 3.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP
- Clearpay: 6% of the transaction amount + 0.30 GBP
- Klarna: 4.99% of the transaction amount + 0.35 GBP
- Wix Payments Manual Card Entry: 2.5% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP
- American Express Manual Card Entry: 3.5% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP
- Refunded payments fees: For refunded payments, standard Wix Payments processing fees apply. For example, if you issue a £100 refund to your customer, the original processing fee of £2.10 (2.1%) + £0.20 for that customer's purchase will not be paid back to your Wix Payments account. No additional refund fees will be charged
- Chargeback fees: If you receive a chargeback in your Wix Payments account, you may incur a chargeback fee of 15.00 GBP. Exceptions may apply.
Canada
- Credit/Debit Card (excl. American Express): 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD
- Apple Pay (excl. American Express): 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD
- Google Pay (excl. American Express): 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD
- American Express Credit Card (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay): 3.5% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD
- Wix Payments Point of Sale (POS): 2.7% of the transaction amount + 0 CAD
- Canada Interac: 0.15 CAD per transaction
- Wix Payments Manual Card Entry: 3.5% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD
- American Express Manual Card Entry: 4.1% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD
- Refunded payments fees: For refunded payments, standard Wix Payments processing fees apply. For example, if you issue a $100 refund to your customer, the original processing fee of $2.90 (2.9%) + $0.30 for that customer's purchase will not be paid back to your Wix Payments account. - American Express (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay): 3.1% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CHF
- Klarna: 2.99% of the transaction amount + 0.35 CHF
- iDEAL: 2.5% of the transaction amount + 0.40 CHF
- Wix Payments Manual Card Entry: 2.8% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CHF
- American Express Manual Card Entry: 3.6% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CHF
- Refunded payments fees: For refunded payments, standard Wix Payments processing fees apply. For example, if you issue a 100 CHF refund to your customer, the original processing fee of 2.30 CHF (2.3%) + 0.30 CHF for that customer's purchase will not be paid back to your Wix Payments account. No additional refund fees will be charged
- Chargeback fees: If you receive a chargeback in your Wix Payments account, you may incur a chargeback fee of 15.00 CHF. Exceptions may apply.
