You may have elements on your site (such as videos and music) that are set to play automatically when a visitor enters a specific page. Some web browsers no longer support autoplay and some only allow videos to autoplay when the sound is muted. 

The following browsers no longer support autoplay:

  • Safari 11 and later versions (on MacOS and iOS)
  • Chrome 61 and later versions (desktop and mobile)
  • Firefox 66 and later versions (desktop and mobile)
To autoplay the elements, your site visitors need to change the settings in their own browsers. Please refer to Safari, Chrome, and Firefox support for more information.
