The Wix Forms features available to you depend on the Premium plan you choose. Without a Premium plan you can create 4 forms for free.
Taking payments through Wix Forms is only possible with plans that allow you to accept payments. Premium form fields such as the file upload field, signature field, and file download field are only available on select Premium plans.
