If you are having trouble signing in to your Wixel account, you can try the troubleshooting steps below.
If you can’t access the email address that you use to log in, or you can't access your Wixel account for some other reason, you can recover your account to regain access.
I've forgotten my password
Request a reset link if you have forgotten your password. The link is sent to your email address, and from there you’ll be able to create a new password and log in to your Wixel account.
To request a password reset link:

- Go to the Wixel login page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue with Email.
- Click Forgot Password?

- Select Forgot my password and click Next.
- Enter your email address and click Send.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to create your new password.
What's next?
If your email address exists in our system, you'll receive an email from Wix.com with the link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders. If you don't receive the email, double check to make sure you entered the correct email address.
I've forgotten my email address
If you can't remember the email address you used to create your Wixel account, you can recover your account using a recovery phone number.
Use our email locator tool to find the correct login email. If you have a recovery phone number added, we'll send your login email by text message.
To recover your account using a recovery phone number:
- Go to the Wixel login page.
- Click Forgot Email?

- Select Forgot my login email.
- Enter your phone number.
- Click Send.
Couldn't find your phone number?
If we aren't able to find an account connected to your phone number, click Recover my account at the bottom of the screen and fill out our account recovery form. Once you've recovered your account, we recommend setting up a recovery phone number.
I need to recover my Wixel account
If you've lost access to your Wixel account, we can help you regain control of your account and access your projects.
Follow the steps below if you can't access the email address that you use to sign in and you don’t have a recovery phone number.
The privacy of our users is one of our top priorities. You'll need to fill out the Wixel Account Recovery form, and Wix can then check that you're the genuine owner of the account and recover it for you.
Important:
- Fill out the form with as much information as you can. If you don't know something, you can leave it blank. Wix will contact you if we need more information.
- If you submit a request with an inactive or invalid email address, it won't be delivered to our Customer Care team. Make sure that you enter a valid email address that you have access to.
- We reserve the right to determine and/or grant ownership to an account based on our reasonable judgment. We also reserve the right to deny granting access to a user who lost the account credentials, in our sole discretion, without liability to any party.
To recover your Wixel account:
- Go to the Wixel Account Recovery form.
- Choose whether you've forgotten your login details or lost access to your email.
- Select your plan type and click Next.
- Follow the steps below depending on the type of Wixel plan you have.
