The Enterprise dashboard lets your biggest clients see all their brand sites in one place, with advanced account level features for more efficient management and greater visibility across their entire business portfolio. The Studio workspace looks similar, but is designed for agencies to manage multiple client sites, reusable assets, and more.

Yes. Partners can view, manage, and edit enterprise sites they create or contribute to using their Studio workspace. Partners can also access a client's Enterprise dashboard in their workspace accounts (if the client defines them as team members) to access account-level features and actions.

Templates and apps in the Enterprise dashboard enable an enterprise to maintain consistency of content and functionality across their sites. For example, for a global chain that has franchises or dealerships, templates can be created at the corporate level and control which elements can be updated with local flavor. 

In Wix Studio, it is more likely that a Partner will create templates and apps they can use across multiple client sites, rather than designing from scratch for each individual client.

Yes. All enterprise clients work with a dedicated customer success manager and get 24/7 priority support, hands-on training, product consultations, project review and guidance, tailored solutions, custom integrations, and more. Partners working on the project can also leverage these resources as needed.

On top of all the security features that come with sites built with Wix Studio, additional security features like SSO, audit logs, IP allowlisting, SCIM, and a custom SSL certificate are included with the enterprise solution to meet the needs of large-sized companies.

In addition to the account-level and security features mentioned above, our enterprise solution offers your clients the following exclusive benefits:

Every site built on Wix is backed by our best-in-class infrastructure. However, there are two further advantages offered exclusively to enterprise clients. A 99.99% uptime SLA, and flexible data storage so they can keep specific custom data under wraps by storing and processing data in their own cloud within a defined geographic boundary.

Yes. We can provide Partners with a sandbox environment to experiment with a solution based on a specific client’s use case.

Partners do not pay for the enterprise solution. The client pays directly and the Partner receives a share of the revenue (see more on that below). The cost of an Enterprise plan varies based on the complexity, requirements, and project scope of each customer.
