Wix Restaurants: Setting Up Menus for Multiple Locations

Create a new menu that's specific to one of your locations. Each menu is made up of sections and items (dishes).

1. Click + Add Menu.

2. Select Create manually or Import from file.

3. Add general info for this menu:

   • Menu name: Enter a name for this location's menu.

   • Menu description: Enter a description for this location's menu.

   • Location: Click the Location drop-down and select the relevant location. 

   • Assign to ordering page: If you have an additional ordering page, select which ordering page should include this menu.

4. (Optional) Select the Mark as a draft checkbox to keep editing.
   Tip: Draft menus won’t appear in your editor or on your live site.

5. Click Save. 

6. Create your menu sections and customize menu items. 
   

   

Duplicate your menu to create another draft of it. Then, tweak the duplicate menu sections and items to match the specific location. If you're using the Wix Restaurant Orders app, the modifiers, variants, tax, stock and settings are also duplicated and added to your items.

1. Click the More Actions icon  next to the relevant menu.

2. Select Duplicate menu.

3. Create a copy of the menu:

   • Enter a name for the duplicated menu.

   • Choose how to copy the menu items:

     • As new items: Creates separate copies of all items. Changes made to the duplicated items won’t affect the original menu.

     • As shared items: Keeps the same items across menus. Updates to shared items will appear in all menus using them.

4. Click the dropdown to choose the relevant location.

5. Click Duplicate.
   
   

Yes. When you delete a location, any menus and orders associated with it will also be deleted. 

1. Go to Business Info in your site's dashboard.

2. Scroll down to Location and contact info and click the More Actions icon  next to the relevant location.

3. Click Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm.
   
   

No. Currently, it is not possible to assign a menu to multiple locations. However, you can create a duplicate of the menu and assign it to another location.
