Wix Restaurants: Contacting Restaurant Customers From the Wix App

Important:
When customers place an order or make a reservation online, they are asked to provide contact details that are then saved within the order or booking they placed. Locating these details is especially important if you are rejecting an order or booking as you need to contact the customer to let them know that their request was unsuccessful.

To contact a customer from the Wix app:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix app.
  2. Open the order or reservation you want to view contact details for:
    • For orders: 
      1. Tap Manage at the bottom right.
      2. Tap Orders.
      3. Tap the New, In Progress or All tab to locate the correct order.
    • For reservations:
      1. Tap Manage at the bottom right.
      2. Tap Reservations.
      3. Tap the Open, Upcoming or History tab to locate the correct reservation.
  3. Scroll to the end of the order or reservation to locate the contact info. Choose what you want to do:
    • Call the customer: Tap the Call icon  under Phone Number. 
    • Email the customer: Tap the Email icon  under Email Address.
Note:
If you can't see a contact option it means the customer did not provide that information when making their order or reservation.
