Currently, it's not possible to create a role with limited access to events in the site dashboard. You can create roles that assist with check-ins at events or have full access to view and manage all events.
Workaround:
If you need staff to work only at specific events—without accessing the site dashboard—use the Wix Check-in app. You can assign staff to specific events and set their permissions for those events, such as:
  • Checking guests in and scanning their tickets
  • Selling tickets at the door and collecting payments
  • Tracking ticket sales and trends
