Wix Events Request: Allowing Guests to Cancel Tickets

Currently, guests cannot cancel their participation in a ticketed event themselves. They need to contact you so you can remove them from the guest list. If your guest bought an event ticket, you'll need to provide a refund.

Tip:

Guest can, however, cancel their participation in RSVP events. They can do so through their Members Area.
