Wix Editor Request: Adding a Mobile Pop-up With a Get Subscribers Form

Currently, the mobile Editor doesn't offer a pop-up element with a Get Subscribers form, allowing visitors to join your mailing list.
As a workaround, you can create a mailing subscription lightbox on desktop and enable it for mobile as well. Once you do, you can edit the lightbox and optimize its layout following the steps here. 
Note:
While you can enable lightboxes on mobile, Google defines these pop-ups as intrusive. Showing lightboxes on your mobile site might negatively impact your SEO.
