Currently, Wix does not have a chatbot feature that you can add to your site and automatically reply to messages from site visitors. However, it is possible to set up a few automated chat messages (e.g., welcoming visitors to your site, letting them know you'll get back to them soon) using Wix Automations. Learn How.
