Give your clients control over their bookings by letting them view, reschedule, or cancel sessions online. Both registered site members and clients who are not site members can manage their appointments directly on your site without needing to contact you.
Each client gets a unique link to their booking, where they can see the booking details and cancel or reschedule according to your booking policy.
Allowing Member Clients to Cancel Bookings
When you add a Wix Members Area to your site, clients can log in and make changes to their bookings. On their personal My Bookings page, they can view upcoming and past bookings.
Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option, so clients can make changes without taking up any of your time.

Allowing Non-Member Clients to Cancel Bookings
You can let non-members cancel or reschedule bookings directly on your site without contacting you. Clicking the personal booking link in the email opens a secure page with booking details and options to cancel or reschedule based on your booking policy.
