Wix Bookings: Allowing Clients to Cancel or Reschedule Sessions

When you add a Wix Members Area to your site, clients can log in and make changes to their bookings.
On their personal My Bookings page, they can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option, so clients can make changes without taking up any of your time.
Important:
Clients cannot reschedule sessions paid for with different price options.
Notes:
- To avoid last-minute cancelations, be sure to set a cancelation policy.
- Clients can also book or cancel attendance at upcoming sessions using the Wix Spaces app.
- When clients cancel sessions booked using pricing plans, the session is added back into their pricing plan allowance.
