Wix Blog: Limiting Your Blog to Paying Members

Want to make your blog accessible only to paying members? You can do so using the Pricing Plans app. This way, only members who purchase the relevant pricing plan(s) can access your content. Learn how to limit blog page access to site members.
Before you begin:
This article shows you how to limit your blog so that only people who purchased a pricing plan can access the feed and all of your posts. Make sure that you have:
  1. Added the Wix blog to your site
  2. Added the Pricing Plans app
  3. Created the plans you want to offer on your site

To limit your blog to paying members:

  1. Go to your editor.
  2. Click Pages & Menu  on the left side of the editor.
  3. Click Blog Pages.
  4. Hover over the Post page and click the More Actions icon .
  5. Click Settings.
  6. Click the Access tab.
  7. Select Members only.
  8. Click the Members with plan subscriptions toggle to enable it. 
  9. Click Manage Plans. 
  10. Select the checkbox next to the relevant pricing plans.
  11. Click Apply. 
The access tab for the blog post page is open. A paid plan is being applied to the specific members setting.
  1. (Optional) Limit access to the blog and category feeds by repeating the steps above, selecting the Blog page in step 3.
