Wix Automations: Upgrading Automations with Ascend

Wix Automations is a powerful tool that allows you to streamline your work processes and easily stay in touch with your customers. Purchase an Ascend plan to let more automations run on your site.
Automations contain 1 or more 'actions'. For example, you can create a 2-action automation that welcomes new visitors to your site with a chat message (action #1) and then sends a follow-up email a few days later (action #2). Learn more about multi-action automations.
The Ascend plan you're using determines the number of automations and actions you can activate:
- Ascend (Free): 2 active automations with 1 action per automation.
- Ascend Basic: 7 active automations with 2 actions per automation.
- Ascend Professional: 20 active automations with 10 actions per automation.
- Ascend Unlimited: Unlimited number of automations with 10 actions per automation.
Notes:
- If you reach the automation limit of your plan, you can still edit existing automations. If you require additional automations, you will need to upgrade your Ascend plan.
- "Installed for you" automations do not affect your automation quota.
