Update Payment Method for Subscriptions in Indian Rupee

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has introduced new regulations for cross-border online payment transactions. As such, Wix subscriptions purchased in Indian Rupee must now be processed through an authorized facilitator of online Payment Aggregator - Cross Border (PA-CB) transactions.
Wix has partnered with Razorpay (authorized for PA-CB) to process payments for Wix services.
For subscription renewals originally purchased before July 31, 2024, users must update their payment method(s) to ensure uninterrupted Wix services. If you don't update them, Wix may not be able to process your future payments, and your subscriptions could be canceled.
To update your payment method:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click Update Payment Methods at the top of the page.
- Update your payment card details.
Tip: You can re-enter your existing card details, as long as the card is still valid. - Click Submit.
Note: Once you have updated your card details, we'll verify your updated payment method with Razorpay.
