Unable to Find Your Country When Upgrading

If you are unable to find your country in the drop-down menu when upgrading your site, it is possible that your country is listed as a region of another country.

For example: If you are trying to select Curaçao when upgrading your site, you must first select the Netherlands as the country, and then select Curaçao as the state.
