Taking a Screencast on a Mobile Device

Record a screencast video on your mobile phone to illustrate an issue that's happening on your mobile device. Then add your screencast when you contact us to help Wix's Customer Care team see the issue.
To record your screen on your iPhone:
Apple released the ability to record your screen with iOS 11. To learn how to take a recording on your Apple device, please see Apple’s support page: How to record the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
To record your screen on your Android:
Most mobile devices that operate on Android OS Version 10 and up have a built-in screen recording feature. Review your device's documentation for help with creating a screen recording.

If your Android phone does not have screen recording capabilities, you can use the AZ Screen Recorder app. You can download the free app in Google Play.
