Resetting Your Admin Password for Your Office 365 Mailbox

Important:
This feature is currently not available to all users. 

To reset your admin password:

  1. Go to the My Mailboxes page.
  2. Click the expand arrow next to the relevant mailbox.
  3. Click Reset Admin Password next to the relevant account and do the following:
    1. Enter your new password.
    2. Re-type your new password. 
  4. Click Reset Password.
