Resetting Your Admin Password for Your Office 365 Mailbox

Before you begin:
You must upgrade your site to a Premium or Studio site plan to use a business email.
Important:
This feature is currently not available to all users. 

To reset your admin password:

  1. Go to Business Email in your Wix account.
  2. Click Reset Admin Password next to the relevant account and do the following:
    1. Enter your new password.
    2. Re-type your new password. 
  3. Click Reset Password
