Received an Email Requesting Payment After Canceling a Premium Plan
Possible reasons why you may receive an email from Wix requesting payment after you canceled your Premium plan include the following:
- Plan was canceled too late: The renewal date for a yearly Premium plan is 14 days before the original purchase date. If you did not cancel in time, your Premium plan may have renewed for another year.
- You have an outstanding invoice: It's possible that one of your previous payments was declined and therefore you still owe money on an older invoice.
