Pricing Plans Request: Allowing Multiple Attempts to Charge for Renewals
Currently, when collecting payment for a recurring plan (e.g. a monthly payment), the plan is automatically cancelled if the payment transaction fails. It is not possible to try to charge the plan holder multiple times before the cancellation is triggered.
The plan holder receives an email notification, but you are not notified about the cancellation.
