Online Programs: Adding and Managing Program Instructors

Add and assign instructors to your program to give your program a boost. You can add a profile for each instructor to highlight their background and display a photo of who they are. 
You can also include a video or a soundtrack to showcase what each instructor has to offer. For example, if you have a fitness program, you can add music to your instructor's profile to get participants motivated to join their class.

Adding instructors to a program

Start adding instructors to your program to give participants a preview of who is leading them to achieve their goals. You can personalize a profile for each instructor by adding text, images, videos or music.
Note:
As a site owner, you are automatically added as an instructor. 

To add an instructor:

  1. Go to Online Programs in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the More Actions icon  next to the relevant program.
  3. Select Edit Settings from the drop-down.
  4. Click Basic Info.
  5. Add an instructor using the relevant option:
    • If this is your first time adding instructors to your program:
      1. Click Assign under the Instructors section.
    • If you already have instructors assigned to your program
      1. Click Manage under the Instructors section.
  6. Add the relevant information about each instructor: Profile Image, Name and About. 
  7. (Optional) Click the relevant icon to add an image, divider, video, SoundCloud track or GIF.
  8. Click Save

Tip:
You can add up to 10 instructors to display on your Program Page.

Assigning an instructor to a program

Start assigning instructors to the different classes or time slots in your program. Once you have instructors assigned, they appear on your site's Program Page for participants to see. 

To assign an instructor:

  1. Go to Online Programs in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the More Actions icon  next to the relevant program.
  3. Select Edit Settings from the drop-down.
  4. Click Basic Info.
  5. Click Manage under the Instructors section.
  6. Select the checkboxes next to the instructors you want to add.
  7. Click Save.

Editing an instructor's profile

Keep each instructor's profile up-to-date. You can change their name, photo and description. You can also add additional information to their profile for participants to see.

To edit an instructor's profile:

  1. Go to Online Programs in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the More Actions icon  next to the relevant program.
  3. Select Edit Settings from the drop-down.
  4. Click Basic Info.
  5. Click the More Actions icon  next to the relevant instructor.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Enter the details you want to change in the instructor's profile. 
  8. Click Save.
