Online Programs: Adding and Setting Up Online Programs

Add Online Programs to your site and create programs that motivate participants to reach their goals. Whether utilizing a pre-existing template or crafting a personalized program from scratch, you have the flexibility to tailor the content.
Moreover, you can design program pages and lists to showcase your offerings effectively.
Step 1 | Add the Online Program app to your site
Get started by adding the Online Programs app to your site from the Wix App Market. You can add Wix Online Programs from the editor or the Apps tab in your site's dashboard.
Tip:
Some Wix templates already include Online Programs, making it easier for you to get started.
To add the Online Programs app:

- Go to your editor.
- Click Add Apps
on the left side of the editor. - Search for the Wix Online Programs app in the search bar.
- Click Add to Site.
Note:
A Payment Page is automatically created when you add Online Programs to your site. You can change the design of the Payment Page by customizing your site theme's colors and text. It is not possible to edit the fields on this page.
Step 2 | Create your first program
After you've added Online Programs to your site, you're ready to create your first program. You can use an existing template for courses, fitness challenges or personal coaching plans. Alternatively, you can create your own design from scratch.

- Go to your editor.
- Click Pages & Menu
on the left side of the editor. - Click Program List.
- Click your Program List page.
- Click Settings.
- Click Create New.
- (From your site's dashboard) Choose which type of program you want to create and follow the steps here to finish creating your program.
Step 3 | Design how your Program List looks on your site
Once you've created your program, it's time to customize the appearance of your Program List. This page displays previews of all your programs, so people can see at a glance what each program is about and choose the ones that interest them the most.

- Go to your editor.
- Click Pages & Menu on the left side of the editor.
- Click Program Pages.
- Click Program List under Program Pages.
- Click the Program List element in your editor.
- Click Settings.
- Choose your preferred layout and customize every element that appears in your list such as the program list title, the buttons and labels that appear in it.
Step 4 | Design how your Program Page looks on your site
The Program Page is where you can shape the presentation of your program's essence. From layout to design, craft an inviting space where participants can explore program details and track their progress.
Whether it's attracting new visitors or engaging existing participants, customization ensures your Program Page speaks directly to your audience, offering them a tailored experience.
To design your Program Page:

- Go to your editor.
- Click Pages & Menu on the left side of the editor.
- Click Program Pages.
- Click Program Page under Program Pages.
- Click the Program Page element in your editor.
- Click Settings.
- Customize the page's layout, design and information based on whether a site visitor or current participant is viewing the page.
