A 500 Internal Server Error is a general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong with the server, but the server could not be more specific as to what's wrong. 

If you get a 500 Internal Server Error when trying to view your live site:

Reload the page using one of the following methods:
  • Press F5 on your keyboard (Cmd + R on a Mac).
  • Click the Reload icon  at the top of your browser.
  • Re-enter the URL into your address bar and press Enter.
Still receiving the error after refreshing?
Wait a few minutes and try again. This issue is usually temporary and solved in a matter of minutes.
