Google Ads with Wix: Turning Off Auto-Renewal
3 min read
Your Google Ads subscription renews automatically each month to prevent any disruption to your campaign. You can turn off auto-renewal if you don't want to keep your subscription after the current cycle.
Important:
Your campaign does not immediately stop when you turn off auto-renewal. Live campaigns stay active even after the subscription expires if there is enough remaining ad credit in the account. If you do not want your campaign to keep running on ad credit, pause or end your campaign in addition to turning off auto-renewal.

Turning off auto-renewal for Google Ads with Wix
You can turn off auto-renewal from your Subscriptions page in your Wix account. This is also where you can reactivate your subscription at any time.
To turn off auto-renewal:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Find the relevant site and click the More Actions icon to the right of the subscription that says Google Ads.
- Click Cancel Google Ads.
- Select Cancel Subscription and provide a reason for cancellation.
- Click Cancel Subscription to confirm.
Once your subscription expires, it will not renew. However, if your ad campaign is still live and there is enough ad credit left in your account, the ad will continue to run on the ad credit until there is no credit left. To save your ad credit, pause or end your campaign.
