Editing Your Confirmation Email in Wix Hotels

This article refers to the original Wix Hotels app. If you are using the new Wix Hotels by HotelRunner, read this article. Learn how to check which version of Wix Hotels you are using
You can edit the default text in the confirmation email sent to guests when they book.

To edit the text in the confirmation email:

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Click the Hotels tab.
  3.  Click the Settings tab.
  4. Click Emails.
  5. Edit the confirmation email details: 
    1. Enter the email title.
    2. Enter the introduction text.
    3. Enter the closing text.
  6. Click Save.
Note:
It is not possible to edit the design, spacing, or color of the confirmation email.
