CMS Request: Controlling Item Visibility for Specific Logged-in Site Members

Currently, it is not possible to control which collection items are visible to specific logged-in site members without the use of member roles.
This feature would allow site owners and collaborators to choose which items each specific site member could view. As a result, when members log in to your site, they would only see items they're permitted to view.
Workarounds:
- You can limit access to dynamic CMS content that appears on your site to members that have specific member roles or are paying subscribers.
- You can limit access to specific pages on your site to members that have specific member roles.
