Can't See Premium Services Purchased Using SEPA in Your Wix Account

From April, 2024, Wix no longer accepts SEPA as a payment method for first-time purchases. Users who wish to pay by bank transfer can purchase Wix services using Sofort, if available in your location. 
When purchasing premium services using SEPA, Wix needs to receive confirmation of the payment before the service becomes active.
This may take up to 7 business days.
  • You receive an email notification at the time of purchase, followed by a second email notification when the payment is confirmed.
  • Any applicable vouchers are only available following the activation of your Premium or Studio plan.
