Adding Your Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions to Your Site's Footer

6 min read
In accordance with local policy and privacy regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA, you may be required to display your privacy policy or terms and conditions on your site.
To ensure your website visitors can easily access your policies, create dedicated pages for each policy, adding the content within text elements. You can optionally hide these pages from your website menu and search engine indexing, if desired.
In the footer of your site, list the titles of each policy and link them to the corresponding pages you've created. This way, visitors can conveniently review the specific policy information they need directly from your site's footer.

Step 1 | Create a new page for your policy

Begin by creating a dedicated page to house your policy. You can choose to make your policy publicly searchable online, or accessible only through the link in your site's footer.

  2. Click +Add Page.

  4. Enter the new page name (e.g. 'Privacy Policy')
  5. Click Done.
  6. (Optional) You can hide your page from your site menu and search engines, if required.

Use a text element to write the details of your policy in your new page.
