Adding a "Do Not Sell Data" Link to Your Wix Site

According to privacy regulations like the CCPA, your visitors may have control over the sale of their personal information. They should have the option to refuse the "sale" (as defined in the applicable regulation) and transfer of their data to any third party. 
Adding a Do Not Sell My Personal Information link, that visitors can click to disable data transfers, can help you comply with the CCPA regulation.

To add a Do Not Sell Data link:

  1. Go to Privacy & Cookies in your site's dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to Add a 'Do Not Sell Data' Link and click Add Link in Editor.
  3. Click Add to Site.
  4. Drag the link to the relevant position in your site.
    Tip: We recommend keeping the link in the footer.
  5. (Optional) Click Settings to style the link.
  6. Publish your site.

We recommend adding your Do Not Sell Data link to your site's footer. By adding an element to your site's footer, it will appear on all your site pages.
