Product Categories are collections of products that allow you to arrange your store and showcase what you have to offer. You can create as few or as many categories as you need and display them in separate Product Galleries.
Your store comes with an "All Products" category built in. Any products you create are automatically added to it. Store galleries display the "All Products" category by default. When you create a new product, you can assign to one or more additional categories.
