Certain changes to how you collect taxes, such as completing setup for merchants in Canada and in home rule states, need to be completed in the Avalara dashboard. Learn more
Note that in Avalara, you can only add or delete details to an existing location. To add new tax locations, go to your Wix dashboard. 

Accessing the Avalara dashboard for the first time

To log in for the first time after you started calculating tax rates with Avalara, you must set up a password according to the instructions below. 

To log in for the first time:

  1. Click this link to set your Avalara password.
  2. Enter the email you used to sign up with Avalara.
  3. Click Request reset.
  4. Click the link in the email you receive. 
  5. Create a new password.
  6. Click Save 

Accessing the Avalara dashboard subsequent times

If you've already reset your Avalara password and logged in once, you can click here and log in using your username (usually your email address) and your password.
