Wix Restaurants: Adding Tax to a Dish

If your restaurant is located in the US or Canada, you can add tax for each individual dish on your menu. The tax is added to all orders placed through the online ordering system.
To add tax to a dish:
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click the Menus tab.
- Hover over the relevant dish and click the Edit icon
or click New Dish to add a new one. - Enter the tax percentage in the Tax field.
- Click Save Changes for an existing dish or Add Dish for a new dish.
Important:
Currently, it is only possible to add tax if your restaurant is located in the US (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Western Samoa, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands), or Canada.
