Understanding the New Email Marketing Sending Limits

We have updated the sending limits for email marketing as part of our continued focus on providing industry-leading email services. The number of campaigns you can send now depends on your monthly email balance. Go to Email Marketing in your site's dashboard to view your balance.
From May 2023, existing email quotas will change. See the table below to understand how many emails are included in the new email marketing plans.
Note:
Email marketing plans are separate from Wix's Premium plans. Premium plans enhance your site's capabilities, while an email marketing plan enables you to use advanced email features to boost sales.

You can still use email marketing for free. If you want to send more emails, view your monthly balance from the email marketing dashboard and upgrade your plan.

Automated emails are also deducted from your monthly quota.
