Recovering Your Login Email Using the Wix Email Locator

To recover your login email using the Wix email locator:

  1. Go to the email locator.
  2. Enter the URL of your site and click Next.
  1. There are now 2 possible outcomes:
    1. If there is a phone number associated with your Wix account, you are asked to confirm that number is yours:
      1. Enter your region and phone number.
      2. Click Send and you’ll receive your login email by text message.
    2. If you have no phone number associated with your account, you are asked to submit possible login emails you think you may have used:
      1. Enter up to 3 email addresses you may have signed up with.
      2. Click Next and we'll confirm whether there's a match. If so, you are shown the correct login email.
