Unable to Sign In to Your Wix Account: Forgot Email

If you can't remember the email address you used to create your Wix account, our email locator tool can help you find the correct login email. If you have a recovery phone number added, we'll send your login email by text message.

Finding a forgotten login email

If you know the URL of your website, you can find your login email using our email locator tool. 

To recover your login email using the Wix email locator:

  1. Go to the Wix Log In page.
  2. Click Forgot Email?

  1. Select the relevant option on screen (e.g. that you forgot your login email).
  2. Enter the URL of your website and answer the remaining questions where relevant. 
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select your country from the drop-down menu.
  5. Enter your phone number.

  1. Click Send.
Couldn't find your phone number?
If we aren't able to find an account connected to your phone number, you can still recover your account by verifying your identity. Learn more about recovering your Wix account.
