By linking your phone number to an element, you're making it even easier for customers or clients to contact you. When visitors click the number on the live site from their mobile devices, they can call you instantly.

Absolutely. To see the clickable phone number in action, publish your site and click the relevant element from your mobile device. It is not possible to test the number from inside the Editor.
