Working with Categories in the Wix FAQ App

With the Wix FAQ app, you can create stunning FAQ pages for your site. You can then create categories to classify your questions and organize them for your visitors. This makes it easier for your visitors to find an answer to a question on a particular subject.

Tip:
You can also create a new category when you create a new question.
Deleting a category
If you don't need a category anymore, you can delete it in your site's Editor or your site's dashboard.

Note:
You must always have at least one category in your FAQ. If you have only one category, you won't be able to delete it.
Reassigning a question to different category
When you create a new question, you need to assign it to a category to publish it. You can reassign it to a different category at any time in your site's Editor or your site's dashboard.
