Email Campaign Allowance per Month

Important:
The following article refers to the new email marketing plans launched at the beginning of 2023. If you have an existing Ascend by Wix plan, your balance is still determined by the number of campaigns you send. Learn more about your balance for existing Ascend by Wix customers.
You can send an unlimited number of campaigns per month as long as you are within your email limit. You can check how many emails you have left in your monthly balance from your Email Marketing dashboard. If you want to send more emails per month, upgrade your email marketing plan.
To view your monthly balance:
- Go to Email Marketing in your site's dashboard.
- Scroll down to Monthly balance to view your remaining balance.
- (Optional) Click Upgrade to upgrade your plan and send more emails.
