Google Ads with Wix refund policy
Ad credits added to Google Ads with Wix are paid with a monthly subscription or a one-time payment. Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Within 14 days of the initial purchase of a monthly subscription.
- Within 14 days of purchasing one-time ad credits, provided the credit is unused and the campaign has ended.
Important:
You need to pause your campaign in order to be eligible for a refund. Only the amount remaining after you pause your campaign will be refunded if it's within the 14 day policy.
Subscriptions that automatically renew are not eligible for refunds, and any remaining ad credit can only be refunded for one-time purchases or initial subscriptions.
Additional Information:
- Wix gets 15% of your payment for running and optimizing your campaign, the remaining 85% goes towards your ad budget which is spent on ad clicks.
- Prices do not include VAT, which is determined based on your billing country.
- To prevent your campaign being disapproved by Google, make sure the campaign complies with Google's Advertising Policies.
