Wix Stores: Changes to Facebook Shops

Starting April 2024, Meta will stop supporting Facebook and Instagram shops created through the Wix dashboard. Learn more
You can, however, create a Facebook or Instagram shop by:
- Using the Facebook Shops by GoDataFeed app
- Adding your products via a Facebook Catalog Data Feed
For current Facebook/Instagram shop owners:
- Before you connect through one of the above options, make sure to disconnect your current shops.
- By disconnecting your Facebook shop, you will also disconnect your Instagram shop, if you have one.
To disconnect your existing Facebook Shop:
- Go to Facebook shop in your site's dashboard.
- Click the More Actions icon
. - Select Disconnect Account.
- Click Disconnect Account to confirm.
