Changing the Language of Your Account and Editor

Currently, you can use Wix and Wix Studio, both your account and editor, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Chinese, Thai, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, Czech, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, and Ukrainian.

No. The language you set in your account determines the language of your dashboard/workspace, editor and communications. 

If you want to change the language of your live site, you need to update the content, or use Wix Multilingual to display your site in more than one language.

Currently, we have templates in only some languages. However, as you can customize all aspects of our templates, you can choose a template in another language and just edit the text as needed.

The editors support all languages and special characters that are supported by UTF8, which is a dominant character encoding for the Internet. This includes Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Arabic, Korean, Greek, Russian, Portuguese, and Hebrew, as well as several others.

No setup or configuration is required to use these languages, as the editors support whatever language you have installed on your computer's operating system. Simply ensure that your computer supports the language you want, and type wherever text is editable on your site.
