Cache Your Pages

2 min
Cache rendering helps speed up your page loading time. While some pages may normally take up to a few seconds to load, pages that are cached load much faster.

To enable cache rendering:

  • Click the How do you want caching to work for this page? drop-down menu and select an option:
    • Automatically: The page is automatically cached (if it meets the requirements).
    • Manually: You choose if the page is cached or not.
      • Enabled: The page will be cached.
        • Select how often you want to reset this page's cache.
      • Disabled: Your page will not be cached.

Important information about caching pages:
  • When a visitor is logged into your site, the pages are not cached.
  • A page's cache repository is cleared once every few hours (or the time period you selected in the manual setting) in order to maintain the high quality code of the software of our viewers. It is also cleared every time you click Publish in the Editor.
  • If you enabled cache rendering for a page, then make changes, and revert your site back to that version, it will still be enabled.
  • We do our best to cache the pages you request and are constantly working to optimize the caching process.
