Wixel: Refund policy

Wixel offers a 14-day trial period for the first-time purchase of a monthly or yearly Wixel Pro plan.

If you decide to cancel your Pro plan within the 14-day trial period, your plan will be canceled immediately and you will no longer be able to make use of the premium features or additional AI credits. No funds will be transferred from your payment method to Wix and your Wixel plan will revert to the free plan offering.

If you decide to cancel your Pro plan after the 14-day trial period has ended, the automatic renewal is turned off and the subscription remains active until the plan expiration date.

If you feel that you deserve a refund, get in touch to tell us why and we will review your request.
