You can find renewal information, change your subscription period, and manage the subscription for your Wixel Pro plan from the Premium Subscriptions page of your Wix account.
Renewing your subscription
To prevent disruption to your service, Wixel Pro plans renew automatically at the end of the subscription period. Depending on the billing cycle you have chosen, your plan will renew on a monthly or yearly basis.
Tip:

You can see the exact date your renewal payment will be processed on your Wixel Account Settings page.

Changing your subscription period
Change the subscription period of your Wixel Pro plan as you need to. You can choose the shorter term of a monthly plan, or save money with a yearly plan.
To change your subscription period:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon
next to your Wixel Pro plan.
- Click Change Billing Cycle.
- Select your new billing cycle.
- Click Continue.
- Review your billing information and click Confirm.
Turning off auto renewal
You can turn the auto renewal off if you don't want to continue with your plan. Turning off auto renewal will end your plan when your subscription expires.
14 day free trial?
Wixel Pro plans come with a 14 day free trial. If you turn auto renewal off within this period, your plan is canceled immediately. To continue until the end of the subscription period, wait until the first 14 days have passed.
You are entitled to one free trial per account. Once your free trial has expired, you are not eligible for any additional free trials.
To turn off auto renewal:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon
next to your Wixel Pro plan.
- Click Cancel Wixel.

- Select Cancel my subscription now.
- Click Cancel now.
Updating your payment details
Update the payment method you use to pay for your Wixel Pro subscription. You can enter new card details, or use an existing payment method saved in your Wix account.
To update your payment details:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon
next to your Wixel Pro plan.
- Click Update payment method.

- Choose to update the payment method for your Wixel Pro plan only, or all subscriptions in your account.
Note: This option will only appear if you have other Wix subscriptions in your account. - Click Next after reviewing the plan details on screen.
- Click Use another payment method and enter your card details.
Note: If you have other cards saved, you can select them from the list. - Click Update.
