Give your Wixel document more impact by adding interactive and visual elements. Whether you want to showcase data with a chart, embed media, or organize your layout, you have all the tools you need directly in your project workspace. Mix and match different elements to make your document both useful and engaging for any reader.

AI tools

Use Wixel’s AI-powered tools to go beyond standard document features. The AI widget lets you add interactive, smart content to your documents, like charts, infographics, games, maps, and more, by describing what you want to create.

Go to your project in Wixel.
Select the relevant document in your project.
Click + Element on the action bar.
Select AI widget.
Describe what you want to create in the text box. For example: "Create a bar chart showing membership growth by month" or "Build a simple meal planning calculator".
(Optional) Click Types to choose a specific widget type (e.g. chart, calculator) and click the Add icon to include reference files.
Click the Send icon.
(Optional) Review the widget that's added to your document. If you want to refine or update it, select the widget and chat with Aria to explain what to change. You can also use the suggestions provided above the widget.

Media

Make your document more dynamic and informative by including a variety of media. Add images, galleries, videos, GIFs, files, or audio directly from your Media Manager, device, or external sources.

Click + Element on the action bar.
Select the relevant element under Media:

Layout elements

Structure and organize your content using ready-made layouts, columns, and other visual design tools. This helps ensure your document is easy to follow, attractive, and effective.

Go to your project in Wixel.
Select the relevant document in your project.
Click + Element on the action bar.
Select the relevant element under Layout elements:

Button

Add a clear call-to-action to your document by inserting a button that links to another section in your document or a web address. For example, you can add "Learn more" or "Sign up" text to your button that prompts visitors to continue engaging with your business.

To customize a button:

Click + Element on the action bar and select Button.
Tip: Edit an existing button by clicking the relevant button in the document.
Click Settings on the action bar.
Customize the button settings and design:
- Settings:
  - Button text: Enter the text that is displayed on your button.
- Design: Select which state to customize (Normal or Hover):
  - Button size: Select the size of your button.
  - Fill color: Click the percentage box and drag the slider to increase or decrease the opacity of the button color. Click the color box to choose a color for your button.
  - Text color: Click the color box to choose a color for your text.
  - Border color: Click the percentage box and drag the slider to increase or decrease the opacity of the border color. Click the color box to choose a color for your border.
  - Border width: Click the box and drag the slider to adjust the width of the border.
  - Corner radius: Click the box and drag the slider to adjust the corner radius.

To add a link:

Select the button on your document and click Link on the action bar.
Choose what you want to link to:
- Web address: Link to an external page.
  1. Enter the address (URL) you want to link to.
  2. Enable/disable the relevant toggles to choose how the link behaves.
- Section: Link to a specific section in the same document.
  1. Click the Filter sections by type drop-down and select how to filter the sections: All, Paragraph, Heading, Code block or Button.
  2. Click the Select a section to link to drop-down and select the section of the document you want to link to.
Click Save.

Embeds

Add content from your favorite platforms directly into your project by embedding media, social posts, and more. You can embed videos, audio, or posts to make your document dynamic.
