Wix Studio: Selling Your Custom Templates

Whether you're interested in selling your custom templates on your own site, showcasing them in the Wix Marketplace and other platforms, or sharing directly with your clients, we've got you covered.
Once you've created a custom template that is ready and published, you can download a shareable file to distribute to your clients wherever you choose. The buyer can then add the template to their Wix account as a new site and customize it to fit their needs using the same editor you used to build the template, either the Wix Editor or the Studio Editor.

Selling your custom templates online
Before you begin:
Make sure you've created a custom template that is ready and published.
Download a shareable file and sell your template on your site and other platforms. Once a client purchases the template from you, they can download the .zip file that includes a file with a link to add the template to their Wix account along with our instructions on how to use it.
To download and sell your template:
- Go to Custom Templates in your Wix Studio workspace.
- Click the More Actions icon
on the template and select Download shareable file. - Click Accept and Download to accept the terms & conditions.
