Get your questions answered promptly and tailored to your business needs. As a Wix Partner, you get priority support when you request a callback or submit a ticket.
Getting priority support includes faster response times, dedicated assistance from a specialized team, and higher priority in the support queue. Priority support is available exclusively to Partners in the Wix Partner Program.

To get priority support:
- Go to your Wix Studio workspace.
- Click Help at the top.
- Click Contact Customer Care to get professional support under Chat with us.
- Click on the topic of the issue you're experiencing and follow the directions on your screen to get in touch with priority support.
