Your product list is the place to view, manage, and update all of your store products.

Filtering the product list & saving your view

You can filter your products to help you focus on the ones you want to view. If you re-use certain filters, you can save them and give them a name. You'll be able to select the saved filters next time you want to apply it.

To filter your products:

Go to Products in your site's dashboard.
Click Filters.
Select one or more filters.
Tip: The filters you selected appear at the top of the product list.
(Optional) Save these filters:
1. Click Manage View.
2. Select Save as new view.
3. Enter a view name.
  Tip: Enter a meaningful name that you'll remember (Out-of-stock vases).
4. Click Save.

Searching the product list

Find a product quickly by entering its name, SKU, or barcode. You can enter part of a value and still find the item.

To search the product list:

Go to Products in your site's dashboard.
Enter a product name, SKU, or barcode in the search box at the top right.
Click the relevant product in the results.

Note:

If you enter more than one word, results must match all of them.
Searching for a barcode only finds ones that are saved on the product or variant. Barcode and SKU are separate fields, and the search checks both.

Rearranging the product order

Make sure the products you want to promote are displayed front and center on your site. You can rearrange the order of products in any of your categories.

Tip:

Your Product Widget / Grid Gallery displays products in the All Products category sorted by newest by default.
In stores using the new Wix Stores product catalog, your Shop widget / Grid Gallery displays products in all other categories in the same order they're arranged in your dashboard, and new products appear at the end. Learn more about changing the order of products in a category.

To rearrange products in a category:

Go to Categories in your site's dashboard.
Select a category.
Click and drag the products to change the order.
Click Save.

Exporting & importing your product list

You can export your list of products to a CSV file to view them. You can also use the file to make changes and then import the updated file.

Rather than updating products one at a time, you can save time by selecting multiple products and applying the changes in one go.

To update multiple products at once:

Go to Products in your site's dashboard.
Select which products you want to update:
- All products: Select the checkbox at the top left.
- Individual products: Select or deselect the checkboxes next to relevant products.
Choose what you want to do next:

Show or hide products

Delete products

Add an info section

Set a sale price

Managing your product assets

The Product Assets Library is where you manage options, modifiers, info sections, ribbons, brands and tags that you reuse across your products. You can see how many products use each item, and edit or delete items without opening a product.

Important:

The Product Assets Library is available with the new Wix Stores product catalog. Learn more about migrating to the new catalog.

To open the Product Assets Library:

Go to Products in your site's dashboard.
Click the relevant product.
Scroll down to the Options, Modifiers, Info sections, Ribbons or Brands section.
Click the More Actions icon at the top of the section.
Select Manage all options, Manage all modifiers, Manage all info sections, Manage all ribbons or Manage all brands.

Note:

There is no Manage all option for tags.
