Starting April 2024, Meta will stop supporting Facebook and Instagram shops created through the Wix dashboard. Learn more
You can, however, create a Facebook or Instagram shop by:
For current Facebook/Instagram shop owners:
  • Before you connect through one of the above options, make sure to disconnect your current shops. 
  • By disconnecting your Facebook shop, you will also disconnect your Instagram shop, if you have one.

To disconnect your existing Facebook Shop:

  1. Go to Facebook shop in your site's dashboard. 
  2. Click the More Actions icon .
  3. Select Disconnect Account.
  4. Click Disconnect Account to confirm.
